WHAT A PAIN IN THE NECK !
The night before last I woke up at 3am with blinding pain in my upper back and neck. After a fitful night sleep I woke up and called my client's to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it to work, and called the chiropractor for an appointment. He tried massaging it and then adjusting it, then did a laser treatment, but couldn't figure out what's causing the pain. He sent me for x-rays, and then home again. So here I sit pumping Advil and Robax Platinum for pain management. I'm feeling a little bit better today, but I still can't look left and right very well, or look down. It's not the easiest thing to cope with as I watch my house falling to shambles around me!!! Hopefully it will clear up soon on its own.
